**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels.
- Assess clients' physical abilities and limitations to develop customized workout plans.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle changes for optimal health.
- Provide ongoing motivation and support to help clients stay committed to their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional.
- Track client progress through regular assessments and adjust programs as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to their training plans.
- Lead group classes or workshops as needed, showcasing leadership skills in a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Certification from a recognized personal training organization is required.
- Proven time management skills to effectively schedule sessions and manage client needs.
- Ability to educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate others towards achieving their fitness goals.
- A passion for fitness and wellness, along with a commitment to continuous personal development in the field of health and fitness.

Pay: $18.83-$56.88 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
