**_ Job Description_**:
The **ADAM Clerk **is responsible for maintaining the DND client database system, for accuracy and other informational checks. This position is also responsible for performing administrative, clerical duties as well as Cascade Planning Clerk duties.

**_Major Responsibilities & Duties_**:
1. Strive to consistently act in a manner in which reflects Cascade Aerospace's culture and values.

2. Receive all incoming communication from customer and distribute or route accordingly. This type of communication is listed below but not limited to:

- Verbal communication from NDQAR or other DND units

3. Maintain Adam database; electronic and hard copy filing.

4. Keep confidential information, materials, documentation and other data furnished by the customer (whether orally or in writing) pursuant to the Aircraft Maintenance Services Agreement.

5. Analyze the data system for accuracy, heavy check, modification, special inspection, periodic inspection, out-of-sequence inspection, and operational restriction for aircraft at third party maintenance vendors.

6. Review Repair Drawing (RD's) in conjunction with Engineering and delete, add or change inspection tracking as work is completed.

7. Monitor and update rotable/tracked/lifed components, engines, Auxiliary Power Unit (APU's), Gas Turbine Compressor (GTC's) and landing gear paperwork for accuracy and correct documentation, coordinating and reconciling errors with the vendor.

8. Audit Maintenance Record Set (MRS) for completion at the end of a check.

9. Attend pre/post-induction Customer meetings and investigate any issues that arise.

10. Be familiar with and ensure that all workplace conduct is in accordance with Cascade Aerospace's Human Resources safety and security policies and procedures.

11. Perform other duties as required.

- Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written English mandatory
- Intermediate Computer Skills: word processing, spreadsheet and database programs - specifically MS Office including Excel, Word, and Access
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining quality
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**_Other Requirements_**:
Depending on the specific project(s) assigned the following clearances may be required:

- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian government security clearances.

**_Training and Experience_**:
**Education**
- High School Diploma

**Experience**
- Data Entry experience
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- A/C knowledge or technical data related experience

**_Preferred Training and Experience_**:
**Education**
- Business and/or Administration Diploma

**Experience**
- 2-3 years experience working in an office administrative position.
- Experience working with DND/Cascade in-house computer systems such as Worms, VM, Tina, ADAM, IETM, GPL

**_Compensation Data_**:
$21.20 - $24.20 per hour
