Badminton Coach

**About Us**:
Royal Badminton Club is a premier sports facility dedicated to providing top-notch coaching and facilities for badminton enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. As we expand our offerings, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Badminton Coach to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for players of all ages and skill levels.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help players improve their techniques, strategies, and overall performance.
- Organize and oversee Badminton tournaments, leagues, and other events to promote player engagement and development.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive training environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in table tennis coaching and incorporate them into our program.

**Requirements**:

- Previous coaching experience in Badminton, preferably at a club or competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of Badminton techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
- Certified coaching credentials or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
