Design/draftsperson

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating technical drawings of polymer wear parts, tank fabrication and bulk material lining systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Solid works software to create detailed drawings and 3d models
- Collaborate with team to understand what's best for the customer
- Review and modify designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Provide timely solutions to project-specific issues, including technical and manufacturing-related issues.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or inventor
- Knowledge of Civil 3D for infrastructure projects is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Prior experience in drafting for construction or engineering projects is preferred

**Additional Notes**: You may not be familiar with plastics. Do not let that hold you back. Most engineering principles cross over from other materials.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
