**Key Responsibilities**:
**Enterprise Applications Management**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and their relation to IT solutions.

**Business Relationship Management**:

- Facilitate consistent and proactive engagement with business stakeholders to drive alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on technology solutions that enhance business performance by capturing, assessing, and prioritizing business requests for IT services and solutions.
- Collaborate with the other NRM Leaders to define and deliver a consistent and value driven IT demand management process.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure successful delivery of IT projects by coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and external partners to meet business needs.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in business relationship management, with a successful track record of aligning IT services with business needs.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and project management.
- Proven experience in people leadership, including managing teams of employees and contractors.
- Proven ability to effectively manage external IT service partners.
- Solid understanding of IT demand management processes and best practices.
- Strong budget management skills, with experience in managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the oil and gas industry or similar sectors
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Comments**:
Travel may be required for this position.
