We are looking for a Recruiter
- Garages to take charge of the recruitment of our mechanical workshop positions throughout the year, but particularly during peak periods. This person will support the Branch Managers for all recruitment activities related to our mechanical shops. The person will also provide administrative support to the operations of our corporate workshops.

**Responsibilities**:

- Post on the various platforms.
- Conduct background checks, write and present job offers.
- Build partnerships with different schools and fill positions.
- Liaise with accounts payable, branch managers and suppliers.
- Monitor and support operations in electronic inventory management.
- Support branch managers in various administrative tasks.

Success factors
- Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, you have more than 2 years' experience in recruitment, combined with a strong propensity for administrative support.
- Collaborative, focused on good customer service, you are known for your diligent follow-ups.
- Organize, you can manage multiple folders simultaneously.
- Sense of urgency, you have excellent priority management.
- Bilingualism, you speak and write easily in French and English.
