Caller Representative

**MP Home Maintenance is a company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services to residential homes in Newmarket, Ontario. Last year, we sold and produced over $150,000 and had over 250 satisfied clients**

**We are currently hiring callers to join our sales team As a Caller - Quote Setup Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers over the phone and gather the necessary information to set up accurate and detailed quotes. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure the quotes you set up over the phone with clients are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each customer.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to gather information for quote setup.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, actively listening to their needs.
- Collect and document accurate information regarding customers' requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed information on products/services and pricing.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer information into the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to answer any questions or provide additional information as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for quote setup and call volume.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
