**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and manage tap room staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Customer Experience**: Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere making them feel at home. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
**Operations Management**: Oversee daily tap room operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
**Inventory Control**: Manage beer and merchandise inventory, placing orders as necessary and ensuring all products are stocked and available.
**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, brewery policies and procedures and adhere to AGLC regulations.
**Sales and Marketing**: Develop promotional strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
**Event Planning**: Plan and coordinate events, beer tastings, and promotions to engage the community and enhance customer experience.
**Financial Management**: Monitor budgets, sales reports, and expenses, providing regular updates to management on performance and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry or a brewery setting.
- Strong knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing processes, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive customer experience and build relationships with patrons.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is imperative.
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic accounting practices.
- Must possess Pro serve, valid drivers license with own transportation.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
