**About the opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklift, hand truck or other materials-handling equipment in a safe manner to pack/unpack store, ship, receive and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials equipment.
- Assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped and attach identifying information and shipping instructions.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packaging boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Enforce inventory controls by collective stock location order and printing requests.
- Operate equipment safely and adheres to safety standards and regulations.
- Complete reports by entering required information.
- Interface with colleagues and other business associates with the highest of respect and cooperation.
- Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat.
- Provide quality service by following organizational standards.
- Ability to assess multiple tasks and develop a plan to complete them in a timely manner.

- Technician or Technologist Diploma in Business, Materials Management or related area.

**What will put you ahead**:

- 2-3 years of experience working in shipping and receiving.
- A minimum of 2 years of material handling experience.
- Previous experience with Reach truck and Counterbalance forklifts.
- Experience with ERP system (Oracle Cloud)
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 Quality environment.
- All technician positions are 40-hours per week and will be on the following shift:
- Tuesday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
