The BC Prosecution Service (BCPS) contributes to the protection of society by conducting independent, effective, and fair criminal prosecutions and appeals. The BCPS prosecutes offences under the Criminal Code of Canada, the Youth Criminal Justice Act, and Provincial Statutes in the Provincial, Supreme and Appeal Courts of British Columbia and in the Supreme Court of Canada. In addition, the BCPS provides legal advice to government and police on criminal law matters, and develops policies and procedures on issues relating to the prosecution of criminal offences.

This position is responsible for supporting the BCPS’s Litigation Management Systems (LMS), which provide a mechanism for managing and organizing large volumes of criminal case disclosure materials.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field or related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Experience in analysis, modelling, and process modelling techniques

**Preference may be given to applicants with the following**:

- Database experience, including experience with SQL.
- Experience working in a legal environment. Experience working with enterprise document management software.**SECURITY SCREENING**:
