Concrete Laborer

We are looking for a strong, motivated, and friendly individual to join our team of Concrete Laborers. The primary role of a Concrete Laborer is to prepare and pour concrete for commercial, residential and industrial projects. This position requires a detailed knowledge of the concrete industry and construction materials, an ability to read plans and blueprints and to perform physical labor on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate stationary concrete mixing equipment.
- Operate manual concrete placing equipment.
- Use personal protective equipment.
- Handling materials used in building construction.
- Fit and assemble concrete blocks or panels into place.
- Move and place materials for construction projects.
- Read and understand blueprints, drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand plans and maps used in construction of roads and buildings.
- Read and understand specifications for constructing traffic barriers.

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aldergrove, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
