**Job Title**

Loan Trading Analyst
- Process secondary assignments, and where required primary assignments, upon requests for assigned Borrowers in accordance with established guidelines
- Process transactions in ACBS upon requests from assigned Borrowers for advances, rollovers, conversions or repayments; ensure notice and limit requirements are met, participants are notified, rates are set and payments are made in accordance with the relevant Credit Agreement
- Ensure all lending transactions are booked and managed correctly, minimizing operational risks and losses and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedure
- Knowledge of Bank Systems used to manage the syndicated lending business: ACBS, ClearPar, Syndtrak
- Act as verification officer for ACBS two touch transactions created by other Analysts
- Act as a backup to other Analyst
- Identify gaps in Agency processes and recommend changes to minimize operational/reputational risk

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of the Syndicated Loan Market, especially as an Administrative Agent, and understands market conventions for managing the product
- Knowledge of Syndicated Lending Operations including: Credit Agreement, loan servicing, revolving credit facilities, term loan facilities, etc
- Initiative to streamline and automate the settlement and servicing for loans
- Comfortable managing all aspects of Agency servicing, including interaction with senior internal and external stakeholders: clients, Investors/Lenders, Syndications, Front office etc

**Nice to Have**:Fluency in both English/French (i.e. bilingual)
