**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for inspection of materials, assemblies and finished products to ensure they meet specification requirements. Monitoring of manufacturing department to verify they are following procedures. Inspection of in-process and final product to assess quality. Identify and tag non-complying product and follow up to ensure deficiencies are corrected.

**MAIN DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Inspect incoming outside vendor supplied material to verify compliance with required specifications.
- Inspect materials in process, frame assembly and completed frames for compliance with engineering drawings.
- Identify and tag non-complying materials, communicate deficiencies with appropriate personnel to ensure appropriate corrective actions are completed.
- Perform/assist with first-off checks.
- Administer and maintain relevant reject/hold locations.
- Maintain quality documentation records.
- Calibrate measurement instruments and maintain calibration data base.
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Experience & Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated ability to understand construction drawings and related technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality inspection and measurement

**Other Requirements**
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must understand shop drawings, frame and part drawings.
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Familiar with curtainwall construction
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Soft Skills**
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Must strive to maintain the highest quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
