Sub-contract Cleaner

We are seeking experienced sub-contract cleaners for various commercial locations in Comox Valley, BC. This sub-contract position requires you to operate your own company, equipment, and labor, working outside business hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning tasks: trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, and conference rooms.
- Ensure work meets client specifications and maintains high standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Commercial General Liability Insurance and WCB coverage.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Punctual, reliable, and strong communication skills.
- Own cleaning equipment
- Valid WHMIS certificate.
- Criminal record check required.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
