**About the Role**:
We are expanding our sizable infrastructure and are looking for a passionate, Network Capacity Manager. In this role you will invent and build new capabilities around demand forecasting, capacity analysis, topology, and operations modeling. You will analyze data, create models, and present findings to a broader group, often as part of a strategy narrative. This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with business strategy, engineering, design, operations, and executive teams to roll out your plans and create a feedback loop into the planning and modeling process.

You will report to the Manager of Interconnection Strategy and will own the capacity for the edge network.

**You Will**:

- Own the operational planning cycles for our global network.
- Evaluate critical capacity planning changes and develop analytical and quantitative models that encompass demand and supply planning
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements by automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery and re-designing capacity planning infrastructure for greater scalability.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve network infrastructure capacity management and planning.
- Contribute to and manage Capex and Opex estimates for capacity investment proposals.
- Define, document and communicate standards, triggers, thresholds and SLAs and ensure those are aligned with cross functional teams.
- Align with other Video platform teams on usage of capacity, forecasted changes in technology demand and upcoming roadmap capacity.
- Engage business strategy to align business demand forecasts with infrastructure capacity present state and roadmaps

**You Have**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related experience
- 5+ years of related professional experience in network capacity management
- Experience with data analysis and data modeling
- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning, and task delegation
