Your goal as a Prenatal Yoga teacher is **to promote the feeling of lightness, to develop more healthy breathing patterns, and to guide the mums to experience meditation, visualizations, and breathing techniques**. **The Teachers will aim to relieve the aches and discomfort women experience during pregnancy and prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for childbirth and postpartum.**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- yoga: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
