**PART-TIME FRONT GATE**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Welcome all persons entering the property.
- Verify that all persons entering the property are expected and confirm entry.
- Ensure the protection of people, assets and property.
- Monitor access of entryways and exit points.
- Conduct preventive surveillance rounds according to established procedures.
- Verify and inspect safety equipment.
- Provide daily reports.
- Provide impeccable customer service to overnight guests.

**What we are looking for**:

- A perfect blend of customer service and security minded individuals.
- Professional demeanor with great interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in security.
- Must demonstrate a high level of observational awareness and attentiveness with a superior attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and enjoys working independently.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Clean background check.
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Valid Security Guard licence AND first aid certification is a must.
- Estimated wage: $20 per hour_
