**Job Type: **Full-time - immediate

**Salary range**: $22-25 /Hr

You are a career - growth driven, ambitious, a self-starter, eager to take on and expand a meaningful part of the business’ merchandising strategy implementation, operations, contributing to sales growth. You have established capabilities with track record of reliability, with excellent digital and Microsoft suite skills.

Must be fluent in English, all client communication at least 98% of our business is outside of QC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with chief merchant, who reports to VP merchandising and marketing.
- Communicate in English with our USA employees and clients.
- Create and manage new styles in inventory.
- Accurately create and manage purchase orders for in-store and online.
- Sample review and compliance.
- Respond and handle USA customer/store inquiries throughout all channels.
- Manage styles inventory to ensure accuracy of product information.
- Create and manage merchandise look-books and presentations.
- Create and manage e-commerce style uploads, multiple national fashion store groups.
- Assist in photoshoot planning, and execution.
- Communication and support to our USA shops

**Skills set**:

- Experience in customer interface customer care, retail sales,
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Shopify, Mirakl (is an asset).
- Experience using Momentis, other ERP system (is an asset).

**Responsibilities** will evolve, tailored to your skillset, interest, capabilities, and drive. Your role may evolve to include selling, participating in major special events/shows, brand building PR, marketing, and social media, managing projects.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
