Full-time Practitioner

The Community Disabilities Services Practitioner in the Residential Program is an experienced frontline role with moderate reporting/documentation duties, with the responsibility to support individuals with home living in their community. They are to ensure individuals are supported in being as independent as possible, maximizing their personal well-being and being fully engaged, valued members of their communities.

A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and a clean criminal records check are required and a minimum of 2 Covid-19 vaccinations will be part of a conditional offer of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.90-$21.80 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
