**Job Overview**

**Duties**

Sales and Customer Service
- Provide superior and professional sales service to all customers
- Follow through on customer inquiries and orders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns with a postive attitude
- Build and maintain a clientelle database

Store Operations
- Know and be committed to achieving all store goals
- Stay up to date on all Store Promotions & Policies
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Perform transactions on the POS System efficently and accurately
- Ensure shipping/ receiving procedures are followed
- Ensure stores' overall condition is safe, clean and ready for business
- Actively participate in and share housekeeping duties
- Ensure all daily administrative work is completed
- Respond and act on direction and priorites of Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.30 per hour

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
