**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Troubleshoot and carries out repairs to all plant equipment as well as building related items
- Perform and maintain preventative maintenance on equipment as the schedule dictates
- Work on special projects from design phase to final installation and start up
- Liaison with outside contractors concerning plant maintenance issues as required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to commute to each of the sites when required by the business
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring**
- Extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment (role is not similar to a mechanical engineer) and must have a valid Provincial Millwright license.
- Self-motivated Leader
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, leadership, and strong priority management capacity.

**Must be able to perform thefollowing**:

- Demonstrate good problem-solving techniques for troubleshooting related to machinery and manufacturing systems
- Read and follow mechanical drawings
- Effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Work with minimum supervision utilizing good organizational skills
- Demonstrate a safety and quality conscious approach while performing work duties and able to work in a team environment
- Able to weld and braze
- Demonstrate knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Must have machining and fabrication skills
- Must have good verbal communication skills and be able to read and write fluently in English in order to follow verbal instructions and written documentation related to
