**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support Commercial Service with sales reporting and digital tools (Salesforce, Smartsheet, BOX, etc.)
- Enable process improvements and facilitate best-practice sharing within the Commercial Service Team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for streamlining interdepartmental collaboration
- Management of the Canada Commercial Service knowledge repositories
- Support Commercial Service Pricing including help with testing, validating and supporting development of new tools
- Support Monthly/Quarterly/Annual analytics reporting
- Help test, validate and support development of new process’

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience using Excel in an advanced manner (building macros, etc.)
- Ability to be onsite in our MIssissauga office 2-3 days per week

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Degree in STEM or Commerce/Business or equivalent field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage multiple data sources and distill trends
- Detail-oriented, quick learner with strong communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, specifically experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate large datasets
- Ability to work independently and displaying a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills, embracing challenges, and consistently striving for proactive, results-driven solutions
