Sales Arborist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote tree services to potential clients.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess tree care needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Prepare and present quotes, ensuring they align with the company's pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the tree services team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the arboriculture industry is preferred.
- Proficient in tree identification, health assessment, and tree care practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable with travel.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety in all tree service operations.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
