Here's what we offer:

- 2024 hourly wage between $29.72 and $38.98 depending on experience;
- 2025 hourly wage between $33.78 and $42.22 depending on experience;
- Possibility of working a 5/4 schedule, which means having a day off every two weeks;

- Defined benefit pension plan of 13.55%. Employee contribution, employer 50/50;

The responsibilities associated with the position consist of:

- Prepare daily transport schedules;
- Transmit transport schedules (route sheets) to each carrier concerned within the scheduled time;
- Coordinate carriers as needed;
- Ensure compliance with transportation quotes by carriers;
- Record user payments according to pre-established rates;
- Draft any reports required by the Ministry of Transport or the MRC;
- Collaborate in the preparation of annual budget forecasts and financial statements;
- Supervise the staff under his/her responsibility;
- Draft quotes for adapted, collective and intercity transportation according to the standards and laws in force;
- Make annual adjustments provided for in contracts;
- Assist the general management during the meetings of the Admissions Committee;
- Prepare an initial analysis of files and forward them to the Admissions Committee;
- Sit on the Admissions Committee;
- Monitor files and revisions ;
- Ensure communications with applicants;
- Carry out all administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the Admissions Committee.

Requirements and skills sought:

- Hold a college diploma in a field of study deemed relevant;
- Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience related to the position;
- Knowledge of Parcours software (an asset);
- Be fluent in French, both orally and in writing;
- Be available to resolve emergencies related to the position.
- Demonstrate great autonomy, initiative and professionalism;
- Aptitude for customer service;
- Ability to resolve problems;
- Demonstrate practical judgment;
- Possess an analytical and synthesis mind;
- Ability to handle several files simultaneously;
- Know how to manage priorities;
- Good knowledge of Office suite software;
