**Service Center Technician, Level 2 (23-13). **This position is permanent and will be based in Saskatoon.

**The opportunity**:

- Provide technical support for requests that have been escalated beyond the Level 1 IT support function.
- Troubleshoot medium-to-significant complexity problems.
- Support colleagues’ development by sharing knowledge, collaborating, and providing opportunities to grow.
- Participate in the implementation of projects or enhancements in collaboration with business partners, colleagues, and third-party vendors.
- Proactively analyze and identify trends and assist in developing preventive solutions.

**You have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum two to three years of work experience providing technical customer service and supporting small-to-medium-enterprise-level technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory as well as Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- CompTIA A+, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundation, Help Desk Institute (HDI), or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certificate are considered an asset.

- Thorough knowledge of the principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques utilized in providing technical customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team, and value-based environment.
- Effective communication skills using both technical and user-friendly language.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
