Nde Technician

**NDE TECHNICIAN**

**CAMERON STEEL **is looking for a skilled **NDE TECHNICIAN **to join our growing Team**.**

Applicants must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a minimum of 2 years experience as an NDE Technician.

**Qualifications/Skills include**:

- Level II CGSB MT, PT & UT Certification
- CWB Level 1 or 2 Welding Inspector Certification would be an asset
- Previous experience in a medium / heavy fabrication environment
- Practical and theoretical proficiency with GMAW, FCAW and GTAW processes
- Excellent knowledge of welding methods and welding symbols
- NACE CIP Certification would be an asset
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills

**Responsibilities include**:

- Complete NDE inspections as required
- Read and interpret documentation
- Create inspection reports, maintain and file documentation
- Knowledge of ASME code
- Work in a safe manner
- Demonstrate good workmanship and practices

**Experience with**:

- Excellent use of MS Office Suite and related computer skills

Full-time or Part-time position

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m

**Salary**: $50.00/hr - Depending on experience
