Future West Solar is a young and rapidly growing solar company that prides itself on quality work and a commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced Solar Installer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment on rooftops and ground mounts
- Ensure that installations meet local building codes and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Solar: 1 year (preferred)
