**Seeking Litigation Paralegal**:
Dumke Plummer is seeking a full-time paralegal, to work closely with our team and focus on Litigation matters.
Duties include:
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents of a legal and non-legal matter from handwritten material and digital dictation;
- Act as a point of contact to ensure clients have the appropriate information including file updates, process or procedural changes, and other general matters;
- Opening new client files and updating client records;
- Organize, and maintain files in the firm’s filing system, electronic shared directory, and in the file/document management databases;
- Provide administrative support to the lawyers and other paralegals in the firm;
- Office errands, including trips to the bank and post office, and to pick up supplies, as needed.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- paralegal: 1 year (preferred)
