- Years in the tree industry
- Tree climbing skill and experience
- Tree pruning experience
- Chainsaw skill and experience
- Rigging skills and experience
- Knowledge of arborist knots
- License carried ("G" or "DZ") and driving record

Must Be:

- physically fit and able to lift at least 50lbs
- have a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction
- positive attitude and a team player
- Be counted on to show up on time and prepared
