**Technologies you have experience with**:

- Having experience with SQL is an asset.
- Having experience with Azure DevOps is an asset.

**How you will create impact**:

- Participating in the preparation of business case and project planning by gathering required information and functional specifications, while working with the team and Business stakeholders.
- Engaging project stakeholders to collect, document, and validate detailed analysis of business functions, rules and processes required for moderately complex projects.
- Providing analysis and specifications for required data and system integrations.
- Performing review to develop the user acceptance test plan, strategies and may act as the overall test lead for small to medium initiatives.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) practice through research, piloting new techniques, streamlining testing and establishing more efficient processes.

**To join our team**:

- You have three years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- You have completed post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- You have strong knowledge of Agile practices. Having work experience in an Agile Environment is an asset.
- You have advanced knowledge of SDLC methodologies, processes, and tools as well as project planning methodologies and Lean process improvement tools and techniques.
- You have working experience in Business Systems Analyst or similar Business Analyst technical role.
