**Title: Sales Coordinator**
Looking for a challenging role with a growing, diverse company? Westcon Equipment has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator to join its team in Winnipeg. Competitive pay and full benefits package.
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Duties
- Manage the efforts and activities of sales department in alignment with corporate revenue goals and objectives.
- Inventory control
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings.
- Monitor records and reports - including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment - to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop, prepare, and deliver sales materials, trade show exhibits, conference appearances, and other promotional programs
- Maintain contracts and relations with major accounts, outlets, wholesalers, vendors, and other distributors/business partners.
- Act as liaison with head office and related processes for completion of day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
- Market share analysis
- Logistics, brokerage and customs administrations
- Communicate brand identity internally to sales department, key accounts, and the customer base at large.
- Create training and development plans for sales representatives.
- Traffic reporting, incoming and outgoing
- Costing, quoting and invoicing of whole goods and rentals
- Moving and offloading of equipment as needed
**Requirements**:
- Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
- Knowledge with CDK/IntelliDealer dealer management software, will be a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to examine and re-engineer sales operations, form new policies, develop and implement new strategies.
- Experience with analytics, social media and online advertising, and proven success in the creation of marketing campaigns
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events.
