Receptionniste

Under the responsibility of the Unit Manager, the position holder ensures that all customers (outside and inside) are answered properly
- **MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION**:_
- Greets all visitors, registers, gives identification and directs them. Ensures they are made aware of health and safety protocol and supplies them with safety glasses if they have to go into the plant
- Answers the phone in a courteous manner and forwards incoming calls and/or takes messages; sees to the management of the Voice Mail functions
- Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail and packages
- Prepares regular mail (Canada Post), postal and express deliveries such as FEDEX, UPS, etc.
- Executes secretarial work for the Brampton location
- In case of an evacuation, leaves the premises with the register, the emergency contact list, and the USB containing the MSDA in electronic format
- Makes sure all open areas, including conference room are kept tidy and clean
- Acts as a liaison for the POQ-18 process and follow-up
- Participates in physical inventory
- Sees to the management of the voice mail functions
- Any other related tasks

**You need**:

- High School Degree and 3 years of experience in both fields (secreterial course, an asset).
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Very good knowledge of office automation software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good Mathematical aptitudes
- Sense of customer service, team spirit and proactivity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$23.28 per hour
