**Harpers Landing is looking for a Manager to join our team**

**What you will do in this role**:

- Train and supervise teammates to ensure the perfect Guest Journey each and every time
- Attract and retain excellent performers and develop high performing teams
- Create amazing hospitality experiences for our guests
- Promote a culture of dialogue and open communication that role model the values and practices of the company
- Maintain safe working conditions by following WHMIS, Health & Safety standards
- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to regulations
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and order products as necessary
- Other duties as assigned

- Proven success with both people development in leadership positions
- A passion for for creating amazing hospitality moments
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit through having presence "on the floor" and in the community
- A basic understanding of business fundamentals in hospitality
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage
- A demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
