**Role Description**
- Develop creative content for marketing campaigns
- Create branded photo, video, and graphic content
- Work with teams in and outside of our company
- Meet with business partners and clients
- Manage various social media pages
- Measure and report on key social media analytics
- Assist in scheduling shoots and operations
- Manage deadlines for creative projects

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Experience creating branded digital content (graphic design, video, photo)
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work well with others and in teams
- Ability to self-regulate and work independently
- Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience at a digital or marketing agency
- Previous experience in a marketing or digital communications team
- Relevant degree in business, digital media, or communications
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience in project management
