Genesis Concierge

S. Dilawri Auto Group is currently seeking to hire a Genesis Concierge/Porter to assist with the Genesis Valet Service at the following dealership:
**Genesis** **Bank Street Hyundai - 2788 Bank Street**

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist our GXM’s and our Genesis product line and delivering exceptional customer service
- Pick-up and drop-off of service customers at various destinations
- Responsible for the Genesis Concierge Service which is provided to all Genesis customers
- Detailing/Washing all customer vehicles before they are returned
- Assisting our Genesis Ownership departments with Genesis related responsibilities
- Maintain a clean lot appearance and continually line up cars on the lot. Snow removal in the winter
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid G license, and be able to drive standard
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Genesis Concierge/Valet Service assistance
- Customer service skills
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed
- Position requires agility to reach, bend, and twist to complete thorough cleaning
- Position requires ability to move all vehicles and snow plow/removal in the winter

Pay: $18 per hour plus annual bonus
