**Required Skill Set**
- Minimum 2 years of direct team lead experience.
- **Driving** - Hold a valid drivers license and be able to drive a truck and trailer safely.
- **Attendance** - Team leads are essential to our operation, and our expectation of timely and regular attendance at work is not negotiable. Important personal and medical appointments will always be accommodated. Vacation time can be accommodated but will be limited due to the seasonality of our business.
- **Safety** - A mindfulness to ensure you and your team is working safely by following all company safety protocols. Communicate all safety concerns immediately to management and make suggestions to improve safety based on experience.
- **Plant Knowledge** - A successful team lead will accurately identify common plants and know their required seasonal maintenance needs. Possess knowledge of plants up to zone 6A.
- **Ownership of work** - Treat your client’s landscapes as if they were your own. That sense of ownership builds pride in the work your team carries out and builds client loyalty.
- **Exceptional attention to detail** - You will visually inspect every property every visit a
