**Landfill Gas Technician**

**Location**: Blenheim, ON

**About Us**:
Join our environmentally responsible company committed to innovative waste management and landfill operations. We are seeking a dedicated Landfill Gas Technician to operate and maintain our landfill gas collection and utilization systems. This role is pivotal in optimizing gas collection efficiency and ensuring environmental compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain landfill gas systems, including vertical wells, condensate systems, and monitoring stations.
- Conduct weekly monitoring to optimize gas collection.
- Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and daily LFG readings.
- Record and analyze monitoring data for system optimization.
- Prepare and submit operational, compliance, and safety reports.
- Assist with leachate control systems and odor management.
- Support third-party contractors on-site.
- Maintain tools and storage areas.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and punctuality.
- Commitment to safety and company training.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
- Availability for after-hours and weekend call-ins.

**Salary**: $55,362.00-$70,634.00 per year
