The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.
**Position**: Building Maintenance (IBEW, Group 4)
**Location**:Halifax, Nova Scotia
**Hours of Work**: Part-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Clean reception areas, lobbies, staff kitchens and offices. Cleaning the inside/outside of windows
- Sweeping and mopping the floor
- Ensure all carpets are properly vacuumed
- Floor polishing and buffing as needed
- Empty trash cans and recyclables
- Ensure waste is properly disposed of or recycled as required
- Service bathrooms (Ensuring they are properly cleaned on a regular basis)
- Snow shovelling as required
- Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repair
- Ability to work overnights and weekends
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Previous work experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- WHMIS
- High school Diploma
- Valid driver’s license

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
