**Duties**
- Use various painting techniques, such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and finish quality of painted surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
- Maintain painting equipment and tools

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial painter
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment
- Familiarity with surface preparation techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint quantities

**Skills**:

- Welding experience is a plus
- Forklift operation skills preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ability to fabricate or modify structures as needed
- Machining skills for preparing surfaces or parts for painting
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
- Experience operating a crane is a plus
