This front-line position will provide direct support and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities to live their best life in either a residential or outreach setting. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of daily living with some personal care, with a special focus on relationship development, community access and behavior supports. Our mission is to enhance skill development, well-being and resilience.

CAFCL offers 1 week on and 1 week off schedules as full/part time positions. We value a healthy workplace culture where we support home/work life balance, positive relationships and a sense of belonging where you have the opportunity to do what you do best.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.48 per hour
