First Stays is the number 1 real estate leasing agency in Quebec. We are a young, energetic, and dedicated team of 18 people - 21 to 28 years old with a strong culture in a fast-paced environment. Our office is located in Westmount, Montreal and ambitions to expand beyond that.

We are looking for a full time real estate leasing agent (no broker license required) who will be responsible to lease up buildings. We are looking for a talented and motivated leasing agent, who wants a challenging career working in residential real estate.

We require someone with a deep passion for real estate who has the ambition to learn and grow within the organization.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Encourage viewings with all prospective tenants
- Tour prospective tenants through apartments for rent
- Answer phone calls and give out leasing information as dictated by policy/procedure
- Assist with the composition of advertisements
- Contact and/or verify credit bureau, previous landlords, and employers to assess credit worthiness of prospective tenants
