**Title**: eHealth Trainer
**Contract**: 3-year term
**Location**: Metro Vancouver (Hybrid
- 50% travel required)

**About the role**
The eHealth Trainer position designs and delivers training and education services for end-users on the Electronic Medical Records technology and other eHealth technologies. The position performs needs analysis, develops and revises training documentation, implements and evaluates training programs using adult learning principles and consults with stakeholders to address issues and coordinate training activities. Provides coaching and mentoring to all health care staff within the organization and at the community level.

**About you**

You have
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Health Informatics, Adult Education or equivalent clinical background and education.
- Professional development in areas of Electronic Medical Records, process improvement, change management, and group facilitation.
- 5-7 years of related technology training and education experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in primary care planning, delivering, and managing clinical operations and/or clinical systems facilitation.
- Experience developing and implementing community-care and provider-based clinical readiness and needs assessments.
- Valid BC Driver’s license and able and willing to travel to First Nation Communities
