The Regional Operations team ensures that regional approaches and work processes in Vancouver Coastal Region areas align with FNHA policies. Supporting the Vice President, Regional Operations, the team engages and works with other regional Health Authorities, central services, communities, and health system partners.

**Title**: Project Manager, Regional Initiatives
**Salary**: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

**About the role**
Are you a dynamic leader ready to drive impactful change in regional health initiatives? As the Project Manager, Regional Initiatives, you'll lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformative projects across the Vancouver Coastal Region. Collaborating with community leadership, health managers, Provincial Directors, and key stakeholders, you’ll define project scope, create detailed work plans, and deliver regular progress updates. Your expertise will be pivotal in anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, and implementing strategies that shape the future of health and wellness in BC. **About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- **Education**
- Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience

**Occupational Certification**
- Qualification in project management or equivalent
- PMP designation is an asset
- Change Management certification is an asset

**Experience**
- Significant, recent and relevant experience in Project Management in Health Care (usually acquired over a period of 8-10 years)
- Experience in people, risk and change management
- Experience in strategic planning

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
