Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store. Duties: - Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized front end area - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Assist in stocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end Skills: - Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing - Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who may require language assistance - Knowledge of technical sales (if applicable) to provide guidance on electronic products - Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized front end area We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
