RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide laptop support, including but not limited to Software/Hardware issues and reinstallation of OS, and participate in information security operations.
Azure AD and O365 administration.
Printer and conference equipment maintenance and providing conference support as requested.
Daily IT assets management and annual inventory maintenance.
Daily IT issue troubleshooting with technical document writing.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
College diploma and/or certifications in IT Support or Computer Science fields, or relevant combination of experience and education is an asset.
5 years of experience in a similar role.
Takes initiative and ownership of tasks without being asked and follows through to completion.
Customer-oriented service with good interpersonal skills.
Follows up with customer after service to ensure complete satisfaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and French (or strong willingness to learn French).
Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented.
Good knowledge of computer networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and protocols (DHCP, DNS, etc...).

Consideration may also be given to other experiences, achievements, and characteristics such as:
Knowledge of IIS, ASP and SQL an asset.
Experience with JavaScript programming a plus.
