**Minimum requirements and expectations**:

- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Basic English language and professional communication skills are required.

- **Free meals (on shift meal breaks)**:

- Discounted meals 50-75% (on or off shift)
- **Birthday perks**:

- Always stocked self-serve access to cold and hot drinks for staff
- Performance wage increase at the 3 month mark
- **Paid out weekly the staff tip pool's hourly average is between $2.50 and $3.50. Depending on the number of hours you worked and the total amount in the tip pool that week. You could earn on average between $2.50 to $3.50 per hour. For example, if you work 25 hours in a week you might earn a tip of $62.50 to $87.50 (or $250 to $350 monthly).**:
