Business Analyst I (1 Year Contract)

As a Business Analyst 1 (Entry), you will analyze business operations, share valuable inputs to your agile team, while providing exceptional change leadership and creative solutions to problems.

What you’ll do:

- Capture business requirements and technical details from multiple stakeholders for RFP, upgrades, and development enhancements.
- Document business processes using flow diagrams and use cases.
- Analyze capabilities of business systems and leverage them to meet business needs.
- Perform data analysis to identify patterns and prepare metrics.
- Support configuration of functional workflows in business systems.
- Identify risks and benefits a proposed solution has on operations.
- Align business requests with the volume of change impacted business teams can manage.
- Test new features for alignment with business processes, expected functionality.
- Gather end-user feedback identifying deficiencies and potential improvements.
- Run UAT, End to End, Train the Trainer and Go Live sessions to support roll-out of new tech.
- Produce SOPs, FAQs, and job aids where needed to help business adapt to new operations.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years’ experience as Business Analyst.
- 2+ years’ experience using Change Management techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an agile environment.
- IIBA certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
