Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un analyste financier pour rejoindre notre équipe de finance d'entreprise. Sous la responsabilité du Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations, et en étroite collaboration avec nos filiales basées aux États-Unis, vous agirez en tant que partenaire financier et fournirez des analyses et un soutien à la direction pour la prise de décision et l'évaluation des performances de l'entreprise par rapport aux priorités stratégiques dans un environnement commercial agile et en constante évolution.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Rapports financiers et de gestion pour nos filiales de vente et de services aux États-Unis
- Élaboration du budget global/prévisions
- Certaines tâches de comptabilité de fin de mois sont requises
- Gestion et soutien des changements apportés au grand livre et à la structure de l'entreprise
- Gestion et traitement des commissions internes et externes
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de rapports, d'analyses comparatives et d'indicateurs clés de performance.
- Identifier les tendances pertinentes dans les données et présenter les résultats/recommandations à la direction.
- Certains déplacements aux États-Unis sont nécessaires.

**Ce dont vous avec besoin pour réussir**:

- BAC commerce et CPA en cours ou achevé
- 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Solide connaissance de la logique ERP, y compris du plan comptable et de la structure financière de l'entreprise
- Expérience des outils de BI et des compléments de rapports basés sur Excel
- Compétences avancées à expertes en Excel (v-lookups, tableaux croisés dynamiques, nested if-statements, sumifs, etc.)
- Connaissance des bases de données relationnelles
- Expérience avec MS Navision et/ou Dynamics AX
- Une compréhension des principes de consolidation est un atout.
