We are currently looking for a **Restaurant Manager **to supervise daily back of house restaurant operations at Milestones Grill and Bar located at **1955 Claude Gagne, suite 130**
**Laval, QC H7N 0G6**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Promote teamwork and communicate in a positive and professional manner to all departments to ensure the needs of our guests are always being met
- Keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers accordingly
- Managing and organizing daily restaurant operations while controlling costs
- Manage customer complaints
- Create schedules for staff
- Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Monitor the restaurant’s sales
- Develop and follow a budget to maximize restaurant profits
- Develop or contribute to marketing plans to promote the establishment
- Coach associates to ensure consistent delivery to provide a superior level of service
