**Job Overview**:
As a Packaging Specialist at our Italian restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our food products for delivery and takeout orders. You will be responsible for carefully packaging meals according to established standards, maintaining food safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:
Packaging Preparation: Prepare packaging materials such as containers, boxes, bags, and utensils for use in packaging food orders, ensuring they are clean, properly sanitized, and ready for assembly.

Food Assembly: Carefully assemble and package food orders according to customer specifications and restaurant standards, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and presentation are maintained at all times.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to patrons picking up orders, answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to coordinate order preparation and packaging, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic math skills for portioning and packaging food items accurately.
- Physical ability to lift and move moderately heavy boxes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions from supervisors.
- Punctual and responsible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.40-$26.90 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
